In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

• Same-Day Delivery: Same-day flower delivery is available for most local orders placed before our daily cut-off time. Orders received after the cut-off will be delivered on the next available delivery date.

• Delivery Locations: We deliver to homes, businesses, hospitals, schools, funeral homes, churches, and event venues. Please provide accurate delivery information, including the recipient's phone number.

• Delivery Times: While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, we strive to deliver every order promptly during business hours.

• Recipient Unavailable: If no one is available to receive the flowers, we may leave them in a safe location or with a neighbor or front desk when appropriate.

• Substitutions: Seasonal availability may require flower substitutions. If needed, we will create an arrangement of equal or greater value while maintaining the original style and color palette.
